What You’ll Do

As Project Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in supporting high-performance project delivery across the Asset Delivery team. You’ll keep project activities running smoothly, maintain project controls, and help ensure information flows clearly between teams, partners, and stakeholders.

This role can be based out of Auckland or Hamilton.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are

• Support Project Managers with project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress tracking
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external partners
• Prepare project meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
• Maintain project documentation across systems such as Aconex and SharePoint
• Support cost management, including purchase orders, receipting, accruals, forecasting, and invoice processing
• Assist with project reporting, procurement, risk management, and project administration
