Overview
We are a boutique Wellington law firm located near Cuba St, specialising in medical & criminal law.
We are looking for an office assistant to help our existing office administrator.
The role is a fixed-term of 12 months from 28 October 2025 to cover maternity leave with potential for a permanent position.
Responsibilities
Primary phone duties : fielding client calls
Mail handling and document filing
Qualifications and Attributes
Some experience with client phone handling and dealing efficiently with a wide range of callers
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office basics (Word, Excel, Outlook); Adobe Pro would be advantageous but not required
