As we continue to grow, we\'re looking for a Supplement Compliance Lead to join our New Zealand-based team and support the exciting expansion of our newly established supplement business.
Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager – ANZ, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end regulatory compliance and quality assurance across our supplement product portfolio.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring product safety, efficacy, and compliance across domestic and international markets.
What you will do
Responsibilities
Managing TGA, FSANZ, ACCC, and other relevant supplement regulatory compliance requirements.
Supporting regulatory submissions, including TGA listings and documentation for international markets.
Monitoring regulatory changes and risks and updating internal standards and regulatory frameworks accordingly.
Working with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with a2MC's supplement quality and safety standards.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant product communication and claims substantiation.
What you will bring
3–5 years' experience in regulatory compliance within the supplement, nutraceutical, or FMCG sectors.
Strong knowledge of TGA and FSANZ regulations, with exposure to China / global frameworks an advantage.
Experience preparing and managing regulatory submissions and communicating with authorities.
Proven skills in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor compliance.
A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
