Business Development Manager I Nutraceutical & Ingredients
Remote, home-based position reporting directly to the VP of APAC. Location : New Zealand market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets in the New Zealand market.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with B2B customers across key sectors.
- Build and maintain the organisation’s image and reputation among customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts, and present findings to senior management.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry forums.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain long-term trust and partnerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within the nutraceutical ingredients or dietary supplements industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in international markets.Strong understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, and customer segments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Details
