• As a Learning Delivery Specialist at nib, you’ll help empower our people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. You’ll design and deliver engaging training programs that support new systems, processes, and platforms across our health and travel insurance businesses, particularly our frontline customer care staff and their team leaders. Use tools and nib’s LMS to streamline learning delivery and automate processes for greater efficiency.You’re an experienced learning professional with a passion for creating engaging, effective training experiences. You bring strong facilitation, instructional design, and digital learning skills, along with a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.Strong understanding of regulations, compliance, and the private health insurance industry.
