We’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team full‑time. If you enjoy helping customers find the right solution, take pride in great service, and thrive in a hands‑on retail environment, this could be your next opportunity.

What the role involves

• Provide professional, friendly service in‑store, over the phone, and via email
• Use our systems to process sales, locate products and parts, and manage stock
• Build strong product knowledge to give confident, helpful advice
• Maintain a tidy, well‑presented showroom and assist with product assembly for display
• Support day‑to‑day store operations, including showroom presentation and customer follow‑up
• Be available to work one day during the weekend (roster to be confirmed)

What we’re looking for

We’re also open to considering applicants with a mechanical background who may not have direct sales experience but are eager to grow into a customer‑facing role.
