We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our established award‑winning firm in our Clevedon office. You will be working within a supportive, close‑knot team with direct access to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with developers, investors, lenders, and landlords / tenants on varying scales of complexity.

Areas Of Work Include

• Refinancing transactions
• Lease work, both landlord and tenant
• Site acquisitions, finance, and sales
• Corporate support
• Solid experience across commercial transactions
