Finance Administrator / Credit Controller
NUVIA UK are actively recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This opportunity is available on either a full time or part time basis.
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata

Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of managing and collecting outstanding debts via email.
- To build strong relationships with all NUVIA clients / customers to ensure timely payment and issue resolution.
- Processing customer credit notes.
- Report to the Finance Business Partner on ledger activity.
- Maintain accurate customer data across systems including payment terms.
- Prepare and submit aged debt report and cash allocation forecasts.
- Finance administration support to the wider team when necessary.
Skills / Experience Required
Previous experience within credit control is essential.Excellent customer service skills.Experience of managing a large volume of customer accounts.Strong problem solving skills.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.Why join us?
