Joining our retail team, you’ll play your part in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of our Retail Hardware Department and will assist customers with any questions or queries and make recommendations where appropriate.

About the Role

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Processing orders and manage sales accurately
• Eftpos and cash sale transactions
• Checking the correct products and pricing tickets are displayed
• Unloading goods and stock rotation on the shelves - heavy lifting up to 20kgs
• Merchandising the Hardware area
