You'll uncover customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Otautahi (Christchurch) fully onsite at our office in Addington.

You'll begin with a hands-on classroom training (training hours : 8 : 30 am–4 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday).

Following this you'll be working five days covering weekdays between 08 :

• : 30 and every second Saturday or Sunday between 08 :
• : 00.

What You'll Do

Review existing policies to ensure customers are fully covered.

Resolve queries effectively and exceed customer expectations.

Maintain product and system knowledge, including compliance requirements.

Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and deliver on IAG's purpose.

What You'll Bring

Strong sales and customer focus including well-developed customer service skills.

Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Advanced computer skills – ability to troubleshoot and navigate multiple systems.
