We're looking for someone who thrives on connection-someone who can build trust, foster partnerships, and bring people together around shared goals. Join our dedicated Iwi Initiatives team as we deliver impactful projects with rōpū Māori across Aotearoa.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mahi, progressing initiatives that support iwi aspirations, working closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll help shape the future of iwi engagement at nib, driving innovation while honouring tikanga and kaupapa Māori.

As the Iwi Account Manager, you'll lead and manage iwi relationships to ensure their needs are met and initiatives are delivered successfully. You'll be responsible for progressing projects with iwi and internal stakeholders, managing renewals efficiently, identifying growth opportunities, running campaigns, and nurturing strong, enduring partnerships.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work across multiple iwi and internal teams, helping plan, deliver, and report on initiatives that make a difference.
