AML Compliance Administrator – Fonterra

At Fonterra, a global dairy co‑operative owned by New Zealand farmers, we are looking for an AML Compliance Administrator to support our Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Financing of Terrorism (AML / CFT) compliance programme.

About the Opportunity

In this role you will complete customer due diligence for customers and farmers, ensuring all AML documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date. You will manage caseloads efficiently, resolve queries with precision, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen our compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer due diligence tasks in line with AML / CFT legislation and company policy.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers and farmer entities.
• Manage escalations proactively and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay current with AML / CFT training and legislative changes.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and compliance improvements.
