Schools coordinator

REAP Central Plateau – Taupo, North Island

Applicants need an understanding of how school's function, preferably with an education background.

The position requires the person to communicate with school principals and teachers sometimes facilitating, collaborating or organising school events, initiatives and programmes, supported by REAP, across 31 primary and secondary schools in the Central Plateau Region.

On a day to day basis, a work vehicle will be available.

Applicants must supply a CV and covering letter with 2 referees and be prepared to be police vetted and have a clean driver’s licence

• Build strong and creditable relationships with schools
• Ability to think outside the square to collaborate with other support agencies
• Punctual, well organised and able to work independently
• Sound digital skills for report writing
• Good record keeping and evaluative skills
• Experience working with school aged children and a good role model.
