About the Role

We’re growing, and we’re looking for an empathetic, motivated Sales Representative (contractor) to help us share our products with more people across Aotearoa.

  • represent UpWell Labs at local activation events, community markets, and through your own network and initiatives
  • introducing customers and retailers to our range and building lasting relationships.

    • Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to potential clients (by phone, email, social, or in person)
  • Booking and running sales meetings
  • Closing new wholesale and retail clients
  • Attending community activator events and markets (optional but encouraged)
  • Tracking your results using our simple CRM tools

    • Full product and brand training provided

  • you just need the drive, empathy, and initiative to connect with people.

    Commission Structure

  • Agreed Fuel / SIM / Event Costs reimbursements – $100 - $400 NZD (tier dependent) per closed / signed B2B client
  • $50 + 15% of monthly order value for retained B2B clients
  • 20% on retail sales
  • Reach‑based bonuses for social or web promotion posts

  • A natural people‑person with genuine empathy and curiosity
  • Motivated, reliable, and results‑driven
  • Great communicator : comfortable striking up conversation and building trust
  • Organised, proactive, and goal‑oriented
  • Interested in wellness, nutrition, or health (you don’t need to be an expert)

  • Kiwis who care about wellbeing and want flexible / top‑up income
  • Stay‑at‑home parents or students who love connecting with people
  • Sales pros looking for a meaningful product line

    • Important Details

    This is a commission‑only contractor role – not an employed or hourly position. Invoices will be paid fortnightly, post client payment, tax management on your behalf by agreement.
