As a Thai Massage Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage daily shop operations

Manage staff schedules and monitor performance

Conduct staff recruitment and interviews

Have a good understanding of Thai massage techniques

Be able to train staff on massage techniques, customer service, and hygiene.

Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve client concerns effectively

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment

Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and inventory

Track financial performance, including budgeting, sales, and expenses

Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients

We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience leading a team and delivering great customer service.

The ideal candidate will be confident in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

An understanding of Thai massage techniques and hygiene standards is also essential, as this role plays a key part in maintaining the quality of our services.
