Beckenham Te Kura o Pūroto is a full primary school located in the south-west of Christchurch. Our kura was gifted the name Pūroto by Ngāi Tahu, reflecting the significance of the ponds and waterways that surround us.

Role, placement and leadership
Class level placement and possible leadership opportunities will be shaped around the successful applicant’s experience and strengths. In 2026 this position is likely to be in one of our junior school teams.
Conditions
The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement.
The position will commence term 1, 2026.
