This role is based in NZ and focuses on CX / UCaaS channel partnerships with a emphasis on onboarding and leading partners specializing in Phone & Contact Center solutions.

What You Can Expect

We are hiring a talented CX / UCaaS Channel Account Manager with deep experience in onboarding and leading partners. The role requires knowledge of the CX market and the ability to identify, recruit, and onboard enterprise partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive channel management for Unified Communications & Customer Experience technologies.
  • Recruit, enable, and manage national and global partners and service providers.
  • Manage enterprise sales opportunities with and through partners.
  • Execute partner plans to deliver mindshare with partner sales & pre-sales and grow SaaS revenue.
  • Engage with c-level stakeholders and demonstrate excellent communication and presentations skills.
  • Maintain regular communication with Channel Leadership & Operations.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and maintain records in internal CRM and reporting tools.
  • Be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Channel Management with UC & CX technologies.
  • Proven success in recruiting, enabling, and managing national and global partners and service providers.
  • Experience in managing enterprise sales opportunities with and through partners.
  • Ability to execute effective partner plans to deliver mindshare and growth of SaaS revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with c-level stakeholders.
  • Regularly communicate with Channel Leadership & Operations.
  • Strong forecasting and CRM / reporting discipline.
