Senior Hydraulic Service Technician

OverviewWe're looking for a skilled and safety-focused Senior Hydraulic Service Technician to join our dynamic team, servicing a broad range of plant and industrial machinery.

This hands-on role combines workshop and on-site work, including fault diagnosis, repairs, installations, and system enhancements.

If you're technically capable, confident working independently, and take pride in owning your work, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesCarry out repairs and maintenance on hydraulic systems and machinery, both in the workshop and on-site.Diagnose faults, troubleshoot effectively, and recommend practical solutions or improvements.Read and interpret technical drawings and hydraulic schematics.Support the design and development of new systems and modifications.Complete job cards, timesheets, and material orders accurately, following procurement procedures.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including shutdown and lockout procedures.Represent the business professionally and uphold technical standards.Perform additional duties within your training and qualifications as required.What You'll BringRelevant qualifications and / or practical experience in hydraulics or mechanical fitting, maintenance, or assembly.Proven experience with pumps, valves, actuators, hydraulic hoses, and high-pressure systems.A clean and current driver's licence (essential).

First Aid and CPR certification (essential).
