We’re now looking to expand the Project Management & leadership team in their BOP division.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take the lead on construction projects, guiding delivery teams to execute work safely, on time, to spec, and on budget. You'll be a confident leader & mentor with a sharp commercial focus, responsible for motivating teams and driving performance while upholding the company's values of team culture, fairness, honesty, performance, and collaborative success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams, including Site Managers, Foremen, QSs, and support staff
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects in line with safety, quality, time, and cost objectives
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme requirements
• Drive a safety-first culture through proactive risk management and compliance
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and contract delivery metrics
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including QS / Estimators
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and programme updates
• Maintain strong client and consultant relationships throughout the build lifecycle
