About the Role
This is a pivotal, broad-based leadership role responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources, and People & Culture management across all sites.
You'll partner closely with senior leaders to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that drive engagement, performance, and organisational success. The role is both strategic and hands‑on, covering everything from developing HR strategy and policy to managing key employee relations, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives.
