About the Role

This is a pivotal, broad-based leadership role responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources, and People & Culture management across all sites.

You'll partner closely with senior leaders to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that drive engagement, performance, and organisational success. The role is both strategic and hands‑on, covering everything from developing HR strategy and policy to managing key employee relations, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

• Develop and deliver the Group's HR and People Strategy aligned to business goals.
• Partner with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to drive culture, engagement, and capability initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Lead performance management, learning and development, and succession planning frameworks.
• Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to managers across multiple branches.
• Ensure compliance with NZ employment law and proactively manage employment risks.
• Lead organisational development, change management, and culture enhancement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business improvement as part of the senior leadership team.
