(Tuas / One North) Senior / Executive, Property Management (2-Year Contract)

Salary : Up to $5,500 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Property Management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our company's properties.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly while providing excellent service to our tenants and partners.

What You'll Do

Handle and take over premises from tenants and purchasers

Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all properties

Supervise contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovation works

Maintain building standards, including security and cleanliness

Manage and respond to feedback, service requests, and complaints promptly

Foster strong relationships with tenants and partners

Be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (SIC, ERT, First Aider)

Manage on-site project works and support other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are advantageous

WSQ training in SIC or ERT is a plus

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management

Strong communicator, organized, and able to work independently under tight timelines

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
