You'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals that reflect the Qantas brand and deliver a memorable experience for every guest.

This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment where excellence is the standard.

This is a

Casual Position

where the hours of work are " as and when" required basis upon business needs.

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of meals to a high standard, ensuring portion control and quality.

Receive, store, and rotate kitchen supplies, maintaining stock levels and minimising waste.

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.

Support menu development to meet dietary and cultural requirements.

Coach and support kitchen team members while working collaboratively with colleagues.

Hold an NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Cookery (or equivalent).

Previous experience cooking in a similar high-volume or premium environment.

A team player with strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude.

Physically fit, reliable, and committed to high standards of hygiene and safety.

Able to pass a police clearance and pre-employment checks.
