Production Shift Manager (Dimond, Morning Shift)

About the Role :

We're on the hunt for a proactive and experienced Production Manager to lead our Auckland branch's day shift operations.

This role is 80% on the floor and 20% in the office, ensuring you're right where the action happens—driving productivity, quality, and safety.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate the manufacturing team to meet daily targets and quality standards

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and workflow on the floor

Ensure health & safety protocols are followed at all times

Collaborate with logistics, planning, and maintenance teams to optimize efficiency

Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Manage staffing, training, and performance development

Strong people management and communication skills

A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
