Based near Manukau, you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and key colleagues across Supply Chain and Finance.

This role is pivotal to the S&OP process, where influencing stakeholders and driving alignment is just as important as technical expertise.

You'll use data to refine forecasts, support decision-making, and directly impact product availability and inventory performance.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market insights, and promotional plansUse data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and align forecasts within the S&OP processIdentify and lead improvements in forecasting and inventory systems, balancing aspirational targets with achievable resultsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in demand planning within FMCG or consumer goods (essential)Strong analytical and technical capability, with confidence in demand modelling and data interpretationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence using dataWhat's in it for you?
