Assistant Store Manager - Dotti NZ - New Plymouth

ABOUT THE JOB

This Sunday to Thursday, 30 hours per week role is for our next Assistant Manager, who will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a genuine service experience for every Dotti customer. You will also have :

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong leadership and good communication skills
• Previous management experience, preferably in retail
• Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards
• Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
