HR Coordinator

Are you an organised, proactive HR professional looking for a short-term opportunity with a high-performing, collaborative team? We're seeking an exceptional HR Coordinator to join a dynamic People & Culture team based in Auckland CBD.

This contract role starts immediately and runs through to the end of February 2026, with potential to extend into March.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include :

• Preparing and managing employment contracts and variation letters
• Supporting pre‑employment checks and compliance requirements
• Coordinating recruitment activities – scheduling interviews, creating guides, administering testing, and conducting background checks
• Organising and maintaining employee files and folders
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to the People & Culture team
• Updating and maintaining organisational charts
• Assisting with onboarding – welcome packs, tools of trade, and employee benefits
• Inputting data for benchmarking and HR metrics
• Administering the training portal (SafeTrac)
