If you are a Financial Services or Banking professional with 4-10 years’ experience looking to transition into consulting, or with existing consulting experience and adept at delivering mission outcomes, we encourage you to express your interest!

We are looking for strategic thinkers with strong problem solving and communication skills. To be successful you will have a background in one or more of the following in Financial Services :

Corporate Strategy, business case and value case design

Business transformation or Architecture design (across Retail or Business Banking)

End to end process re-design – delivering productivity, customer experience, risk and cost transformation

Legacy technology modernisation and core platform transformation

Operating model design

Salary range : NZD $95,000 – NZD $125,000 (Including Kiwi)

Standard Working hours : 37.5 hours / week
