Service Delivery Manager - Upper North Island

About the team
Our Grid Delivery division ensures the safe and reliable operation of the transmission network. We deliver maintenance and capital projects in partnership with service providers, investing around $650M in capital and $150M in maintenance annually, with significant growth ahead.
The opportunity
Based in Auckland or Hamilton, you’ll work closely with service providers across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions to ensure safe, efficient delivery of work programmes. You’ll take ownership of site operations within your Regional Service Contract area, collaborating with peer Service Delivery Managers and Service Performance Managers to maintain network reliability and respond to events. This is a field-focused role where your decisions directly impact the safety, performance, and resilience of the grid.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll coordinate with service providers, schedulers, and project managers to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to agreed standards. You’ll foster strong relationships that promote best practice, resolve issues quickly, and support continuous improvement.

About you
You’re practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with strong communication and influencing skills. You’re comfortable working on site and in the office, and flexible to travel within your region. A full, clean driver’s licence is essential.
