As the Adviser Health & Safety, you will play a key role in supporting safer workplaces and helping leaders embed health and safety into everyday operations.
You will provide expert health and safety advice across our Infrastructure and Digital Assets and Pae Ora business groups, as well as National Office operations.
In this role, you will support leaders and their teams to improve health and safety performance by mentoring, coaching and guiding them to plan effectively, apply relevant policies and procedures and strengthen their safety leadership capability.
You will lead and support risk assessments, assurance activities, and learning reviews, including those involving contractors and partners.
You will also contribute to national health and safety programmes, support the National Office HSW committee, and help share safety strategies that improve health and wellbeing outcomes across the organisation.

The midpoint of the salary range is $104,897 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $89,163 - $125,877 per annum.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
