Job Description

The Availability 2IC assists with presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery during the least customer-impacting times.

This role collaborates closely with the Availability Manager to ensure stock availability, execution of trading plans, and fill team coordination.

Shift hours are Tuesday to Saturday 4 : 00 pm – 12 : 30 am.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee stock availability and execute the Manager's Trading Plan.

Lead and coordinate the Fill Teams during evening shifts.

Maintain presentation standards and merchandising after hours.

Ensure the store is well stocked and appealing for customers.

Qualifications

Drive and urgency.

Ability to interpret and execute plans.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership attributes.
