As a Key Account Manager , you’ll be the commercial engine behind our customer success. You’ll build strong partnerships, lead joint business plans, and bring data-driven insights to every conversation. Your ability to plan strategically, negotiate smartly, and execute brilliantly will ensure our brands continue to win in market.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, KAM, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver seamless campaigns, flawless launches, and exceptional results.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute account plans that deliver on sales, margin, and category growth
  • Lead customer negotiations on pricing, promotions, and trade investments
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Brand to bring category strategies and NPD launches to life
  • Build trusted relationships with key buyers, category managers, and retail leaders
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, challenges, and new growth drivers
  • Lead joint business reviews with insight, clarity, and commercial confidence
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong in-store presence
  • Track spend, ROI, and results to ensure every dollar delivers impact

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG or healthcare account management or sales
  • Proven ability to grow brands and deliver commercial results
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, backed by a data-led approach
  • Confidence working with major retail customers (e.g. Green Cross Health)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills — you build trust fast
  • A strategic mindset with hands‑on energy and a passion for execution
  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or related field
