Your Role With Us

As Senior Growth & Initiatives Specialist within our Corporate Solutions space, you will drive the growth and execution of key initiatives aligned with AIA’s Distribution Strategy. You’ll lead impactful projects, foster strong stakeholder partnerships, champion continuous improvement, and enhance operational efficiency to deliver scalable, long‑term solutions.

Your Impact

• Develop and implement growth strategies that enhance channel performance, leveraging market insights and anticipating future needs to deliver long‑term value.
• Identify and prioritise initiatives that align with long‑term objectives, supported by robust business cases and financial analysis.
• Oversee the channel’s portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Analyse sales trends and performance data to uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and provide recommendations that support channel heads and BDM teams.
• Manage dashboards, reporting, and BDM task coordination to support performance visibility and decision‑making.
• Support channel heads and BDM teams with strategic sales enablement, including process improvement, events, presentations, and training.
• Foster strong relationships across internal teams including Product, Pricing, Marketing, Technology, and Customer to influence and deliver shared outcomes.
