Christmas Casuals - Auckland Airport Performance StoreWe are seeking passionate Retail Professionals to support our store trade this Christmas in Auckland Airport Performance Store.Successful candidates will be starting early-mid November and working through till mid-January 2026 to cover our busiest selling period of the year, including Black Friday, Christmas / Holiday Shopping and Boxing Day.With so much exciting expansion currently in adidas Pacific retail, we would love to consider standout casuals to remain permanently employed should there be upcoming vacancies.

We lead through innovation – in our product's performance technologies, in our Originals fashion, and in our commitment to developing and growing the company's most important asset : our people.Key responsibilitiesBe aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed themExecute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectationsThe execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standardsProcess merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floorRepresent the adidas brand / company values and products in an inspiring and impactful wayRequirementsTo be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.

You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.Working HoursTo be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
