Your impact : Jacobs has secured multiple multi-year projects with leading clients across New Zealand and the ANZ region. As our portfolio grows, we’re seeking a Senior Associate Mechanical Engineer to take charge of key projects in the healthcare, data centre, and science sectors — and to serve as the primary representative to our clients .

This is a leadership role where your technical expertise meets strategic relationship management. You’ll guide complex mechanical systems design, oversee multi-disciplinary project delivery, and act as the trusted face of Jacobs to our clients — ensuring their vision is realised with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead mechanical design across high-profile, technically challenging projects
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships
• Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines with autonomy and accountability
• Coordinate Building Consent approvals for designed services
• Carry out construction monitoring tasks
• Work collaboratively with the broader ANZ engineering team
