About the Auckland System Management (ASM) AllianceThe ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to operate and maintain Auckland's motorway network.

The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system.

• .The OpportunityWe have a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on a large-scale road maintenance contract, leading our network corridor maintenance team.

As Corridor Delivery Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of all corridor scope works, leading a diverse team who undertake a variety of work including vegetation maintenance, asset repair, litter collection, general clean up, incident response, and graffiti removal.

You will oversee the management of physical resources involved in motorway activities including plant, labour and subcontractor.As a leader within our organisation, your primary focus will be on safe work practices, staff engagement and development, continuous improvement, optimal level of service, and value for money.

You will take pride in the appearance of our network, ensuring that your passion for enhanced customer motorway experience is shared by the wider team.About You : Our ideal candidate will be a well-rounded leader, with the following experience and skills : Minimum of 5 years' relevant industry experience.Proven experience in a similar operational leadership position.Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent experience.Demonstrated planning and programming ability.Above all, you will be a passionate leader, who prioritises the safety and wellbeing of your team and is committed to delivering excellent results for our customers and community.
