Office Hours : 8 : 30am - 6pm
Location : One North (Travel to client side)
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Conduct site survey and prepare the project proposal.
Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Technical Support & Engineering
Review technical drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with engineering teams and consultants for feasibility studies and design optimization.
Assist in managing technical queries and clarifications from various stakeholders.
Site Supervision
Conduct regular checks and ad-hoc meetings with project team and stakeholders to review progress.
Highlight critical issues / changes, review operational efficiencies, improve workflows and processes.
Share knowledge, provide guidance and resolve problems timely to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Quality Assurance & Control
Ensure project team adheres to QA / QC procedures throughout all phases of the project.
Code of business ethics to eliminate non-conformance and reworks.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
Ensure projects comply with market standards.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Promote and enforce safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs & HSE policies.
