Personal Executive Assistant – Part‐time Hybrid (Hawke’s Bay)

What you’ll do

• Executive‑Assistant Duties – oversee the director’s calendar and inbox, support financial tasks such as accounts and invoicing (training provided), and prepare meeting agendas, materials and presentations.
• Personal‑Assistant Duties – coordinate the director’s personal commitments : organise online grocery orders, book appointments, purchase tickets, and plan holidays or other leisure activities.
• Adaptability – respond proactively to evolving priorities, anticipating needs across both executive and personal domains and ensuring smooth, seamless support at all times.
