Overview
As a Christmas Team Member, you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience to customers, assisting with their purchases and queries. There are two role types available :
- Customer Service Rep – Assisting customers at the checkout, managing refunds, and supporting team members where needed.
- Sales Consultant – On the shop floor, selling our products to customers.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
Customer Service Rep responsibilities : work on checkouts, assist customers with purchases, process refunds, manage queries, run promotions, assist fellow team members where needed.Sales Consultant responsibilities : selling a wide range of tech products, building relationships with customers, keeping the store presentable.Requirements : friendly and approachable, positive can-do attitude, flexible to work September–January including weekends, reliable and able to work unsupervised, excellent communication skills, able to be on your feet for long periods.Benefits
