A Bit About Your Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently across all care areas, from warehouse to high-care blending and filling. You'll be hands‑on with machinery, quality checks, and hygiene standards, helping us meet production targets while maintaining our reputation for excellence and food safety.

You’ll report directly to the Production Manager and work closely with the Production, Quality & Technical, and Health & Safety teams. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll be part of a team that values respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.

A Bit About You

You are mechanically minded, proactive, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. With several years’ experience in production or manufacturing—ideally in food or dairy—you bring proven skills in operating and maintaining machinery, following SOPs, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. You’re comfortable with data, confident using HMI systems, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Your strong communication skills and commitment to quality help you adapt to change and drive improvement every day.
