Ensure effective and efficient customer service, and technical support for Wild Bamboo customers.

Wild Bamboo is a software development company within the Wise Group, a family of charitable community-based organisations operating in the mental health and addiction sector.

This is a full-time role based in Hamilton.

You will be working Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am – 5pm with hybrid and flexible working supported.

Key tasks include responding to support calls, gathering requirements from new and existing customers, documentation (both internal specifications and end user guides), configuring Recordbase as applicable and user training.

Our preferred candidates will have :

A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent industry experience.

At least 3 years' experience in a technical or analyst role.

Working within a health or social sector environment

An enquiring, enthusiastic mind, keen to keep learning.

Problem solving customer requests

Analyse problems and provide clear recommendations
