What You Will Be Doing

• Build and Ship Full‑Stack Features : Take user stories from idea to impact; clarify requirements, design scalable solutions, write backend and frontend code, test thoroughly, and ship to production.
• Hunt Down and Fix Bugs : Investigate issues through root cause analysis, fix the real problems (not just symptoms), and guard against regressions with smart testing.
• Raise the Bar on Code Quality : Review plans and pull requests to ensure clarity, simplicity, and correctness, blocking tech debt before it starts.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD / hour, which equates to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
