Summary
As a key member of the HR Operations team, the Senior HR Operations Executive will primarily oversee payroll processing and daily HR operational support.
This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of all employee lifecycle transactions.
A key responsibility will also be to support the consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
What you'll do
Provide daily HR Operations support including employee onboarding, offboarding, employment letters and personnel file management
End to end payroll management including coordinating with external providers for the regional payroll administration, supporting delivery in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local legislative requirements; including final payment, tax filing, benefits administration
Ensure compliance with all local payroll legislation, statutory requirements ensuring accurate and timely processing
Process and follow up on all government related claims such as NS, childcare, maternity / paternity claims etc
Provide all round daily HR support including regional office day to day personnel administration services and addressing employee queries
Support HR regional hub and HRBP to enable our commercial unit to achieve busi-ness objectives
Review and streamline processes to achieve operational efficiency
Support annual HR budgeting and allocation
Support audit requirements as needed
Maintain up to date payroll and HR related documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Participate and contribute to the execution of Global and Regional HR projects
What you'll need
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years solid payroll expertise
Well versed in regional employment laws, regulations and HR best practices
Independent, detail minded, self motivated with great initiative and a positive mindset for driving change and continuous improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English.
