Overview

Class 4 Driver (casual) – Te Awamutu.

Are you an experienced Class 4 driver with Road Ranger gearbox skills?

We're looking for a reliable operator to join a casual team delivering ready-mix concrete to local sites.

This role is ideal for someone who's flexible and understands the nature of casual, weather-dependent work.

Location : Te Awamutu

Start date : Immediately

Pay rate :

$28 per hour (paid weekly)

Responsibilities

Safely operating a Class 4 concrete truck to deliver ready-mix concrete

Performing pre-start checks and basic truck maintenance

Loading, transporting, and discharging concrete accurately

Coordinating with dispatch and site staff for deliveries

Following site safety rules and wearing all PPE

Cleaning the mixer and equipment after each delivery

Completing paperwork and logbooks correctly

Qualifications

A full Class 4 licence

Experience with Road Ranger gearboxes

A clean driving record

Relevant experience in concrete or civil work

A positive attitude and good communication skills
