We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to assist our team across the summer at our busy seasonal cafe.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working under pressure with a high level of efficiency, cleanliness and is passionate about creating delicious food.

Skills and experience in baking would be advantageous.

Full-time and part-time hours available throughout summer.

We are open throughout the summer months including public holidays and the Christmas / New Year period.

Availability over this period is essential.

Our visitors love our fresh strawberries, real fruit ice creams, adventure park activities, and browsing our farm shop.

Find out more about us on our website Key Responsibilities : Assist with preparation of fresh cabinet food, baking and seasonal treats Work alongside the Head Chef to maintain efficient workflows Consistently deliver high standards of food Run efficient food storage, waste minimization, and food prep systems Maintain impeccable food quality and presentation, adhering to established guidelines.

Requirements : At least 1 to 2 years #39; experience as a CDP Passionate about producing great food in a fast paced environment.

High level of workspace cleanliness and personal hygiene Excellent communication skills Reliable transport and clean drivers licence If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
