About The Role
As our Client Services Account Manager you will provide support service and assistance to customers and the sales team. You will manage day‑to‑day aspects of the customer to ensure satisfaction and growth. This role requires attending training to improve product knowledge and service level.
Principal accountabilities include supporting the sales team with productivity.

Support account managers in providing prompt service to customersProvide accessible day‑to‑day contact point for customersProactive engagement with customers, account managers and other teammatesAct as first point of contact for defined customers on all enquiriesProcess orders and quotes, answer enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, credit, catalogue / price list management, and volume licensing questions via phone or emailAssist customers in educating themselves about Insight and related servicesInteract with other departments to resolve customer issuesRespond to customer complaints and involve Client Service Manager in the resolution processAttend designated product training seminars and remain knowledgeable of department functions and technologyObtain relevant Vendor certifications as requiredBuild strong working / selling relationships with internal Operations teams and Business Partner ManagersBuild relationships with vendor partnersComplete required tasks that impact Insight’s success at month endProactively manage all processes and customer engagement for renewalsProvide collaborative and backup support to all teammates within Client ServicesUnderstand and deliver to customers agreed SLAsMaintain notes and required information for uninterrupted customer serviceWe Are Looking For a Client Services Account Manager With The Following Capabilities
Strong customer service experience in technology (hardware & software) industry – proactive problem resolverSupply chain experiencePrevious Microsoft licensing experience is desirableStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously with minimum supervisionCapacity to manage expectations during high demandOrganise, prioritise and multitask workload, customer expectations and ad‑hoc requestsIdentify problem areas and recommend solutionsDemonstrate initiativeImpeccable follow‑up skillsExceptional attention to detailWhat You Can Expect
