About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to provide senior support for the performance and reporting function within the People and Culture processes. This includes risks and issues reporting, writing and reviewing information and decision papers for senior leaders and briefings to Ministers, development of business processes and guidance, and supporting the core business management function for People and Culture
About you
With 5+ years' experience in a senior advisory role, whether focused on information, reporting and data or within the machinery of government, you bring a strong understanding of public sector processes and how government operates. You're confident navigating complex environments and can apply this knowledge to support effective decision-making.
Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is a core part of how you work. Your communication skills are well developed, and you produce clear, articulate and succinct documentation tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You apply critical thinking and sound judgement to develop options, provide high-quality advice and turn this into meaningful action. You're driven, adaptable and capable of delivering successful outcomes in demanding, fast-paced environments.
