  • Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the next-generationtransformation of MTG's global eCommerce and travel distribution platforms.This role will design and oversee high-performance distributed microservice architectures,metadata-driven systems, and scalable integration frameworks that empower our travelpartners worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design and implement MTG's B2B and FIT online booking systems using modernarchitectures (Spring Boot, WebFlux, GraphQL, Kafka).

    Develop scalable, metadata-driven, and event-driven microservice ecosystems for high concurrency and reliability.

    Build and optimize XML Host-to-Host and RESTful API connections to automate dataexchange with global partners.

    Lead a cross-functional development team, overseeing system design, projectmanagement, and delivery.

    Ensure performance optimization, fault tolerance, and secure operation across distributed systems.

    Collaborate with leadership to define MTG's digital transformation roadmap, includingAI recommendation systems, dynamic pricing, and data analytics modules.

    Drive DevOps and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, Docker, and Kubernetesenvironments.

    Job requirement : applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

    Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field

    5+ years of professional experience in the Java ecosystem (J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MyBatis, ReactJS).

    Proven expertise in microservice architecture (SOA ? Microservices) and distributedsystems design.

    Strong proficiency in AWS Cloud, and databases including MySQL, MongoDB,Neo4J, Redis.

    Experienced in both OLTP and OLAP platforms, with insight into full-stack systems.

    Solid project management and leadership capabilities, with experience in multinational environments.

    Excellent command of English; multilingual ability (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) is aplus
