The Role

This is a high-impact position where you’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify market gaps, design supply chain solutions, and attract high-value customers aligned with our long-term strategy. While the role doesn’t have direct reports, it demands strong leadership influence and the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Market Development Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to attract sustainable, high-value customers.
  • Commercial & Pricing Strategy Lead pricing innovation and costing model development to support commercial decision-making.
  • Solution Design & Supply Chain Modelling Collaborate across teams to create tailored, commercially viable supply chain solutions.
  • Relationship Building & Influence Represent the business in strategic customer engagements and foster strong internal and external relationships.
  • Leadership Play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, demonstrating leadership through influence, insight, and collaboration — with opportunities to grow into future leadership roles.

About You

  • Proven experience in senior sales or commercial roles, ideally in complex or solution-based environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in strategic pricing and costing.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience in supply chain or operational solution modelling.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to opportunity creation.
