About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga 🌟
In this position, you will focus specifically on supporting customers who have already joined nib, assisting them with a smooth onboarding, managing their requests, updates, and administrative tasks to ensure their ongoing experience is smooth, accurate, and positive.
Life in our contact centre is energetic, engaging, and fast paced! You will process around 40 emails or change requests a day, along with making outbound calls to members or advisers.
The environment is structured with set breaks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to reach. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from knowledgeable leaders who celebrate your success.

This role will be based in our Auckland hub.
This role operates on a set roster from Monday to Friday, with 8 hour shifts between 8 : 30am and 5 : 15pm (for example, your set shift may be 8 : 30am – 4 : 30pm or 9 : 15am – 5 : 15pm).
If you are selected to progress, you will be invited to attend an in-person Assessment Centre. During this session you’ll participate in a group activity and interview. This will take place in the Aukland hub on Wednesday, 6 November from 9 : 15am – 12pm.
The position starts on 24 November 2025 and requires your commitment to a six-week training program at our Auckland office.

You are confident in your computer and data entry skills and can multi-task and navigate systems whilst speaking with members over the phone
You have strong relationship management and communication skills
You have previous experience in customer service and administration roles with a strong focus on accuracy and process
You enjoy supporting members by handling requests, updates, and follow-ups
You are willing to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures
You are motivated to meet targets, deadlines, and quality standards
You bring a flexible, positive, and detail-oriented approach to your work
