About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join the ward M14 team. M14 is a bustling multidisciplinary ward, caring for cardiac, thoracic and vascular patients.

As an HCA you will assist Nursing staff to deliver quality patient cares, assist with patient flow across the ward, maintain stock levels, and ordering.

About the Team / Service

The M14 team is supportive, flexible and patient focused, working as a team to provide a high standard of care to the patients that access our service. We care for patients pre and post major surgeries including cardiac surgery and major limb amputations. As a result, our patient cohort can be highly dependent with complex needs.
